Recruiting Downline in Network Marketing: Find Out The Real Reason Why You Are Not Getting Anywhere...

As I have alluded to in my main site found at Neocashflow.com, 99% of the people who join MLM make the most serious mistake of doing recruitment first and selling their product second when it should be the other way round.

Of course the only reason why such bad practices exist because these folks are recruited by people who taught the same stuff by their upline. Why? Not because it works but because it help them to make the quick buck first. And if 1 out of 10 stick around long enough to preach the same, the multiplier effect will kick in.

Between hard work and easy money, most people will choose the latter and who can blame them. So while recruitment is important, it should only be executed when your retail customer base is strongly founded if not I can guaranteed your exit in this business very shortly.

So if you have been following my advice and yet are still heading no where? Here's why...it has nothing to do with the company, or the products but everything to do with YOU.

I have been getting a series of SMSes from some well meaning friend who are themselves in the MLM business for a while, I meant for less than a year but almost 6 months which is how long someone will last in this business. They have been offering news on their wonderful launches and how so and so are joining their business and how one can earn a 5 figure income with just tens of dollars etc.

Truthfully, I have nothing against the company or their products, in fact I have no doubt they are great stuff but the only reason why I not joined on top of my lack of interest is because I just can't see how they can help me if I would to come under them and be part of their team.

If you want people to join you, show them and also prove to them how they will benefit from you. So let's be honest here, one of the easiest way to succeed in this business or any business is to find someone who is already a success and join them, most often than not, they are the ones choosing who they want in their team instead of the other round.
